Experience the distant and most beautiful countrysides of Lapland. With us you will escape from your stressy workdays. There is no need to be an extreme-sportathlet or an alpinist. With our succesful family companie you can take part in trekkingtours or expeditions to the Lapland wilderness, to places, where only a few people were before. Our tours are concepted for everyone with an ordinary fitness.
Our clients stand in the centre of our interest. We worked very hard that we can fullfil all your expectations and wishes.
Every offered tour we will carry through, there is no minimum of participants.
All prices contain already a number of equipment-items, wich are to your disposal during the tour. You will find a list in every tour description.
On our website www.arctictrex.com we have a rental of equipment, so that you do not need to buy everything.
As a special service we offer in our web-shop stylish and useful clothing and equipment for reasonable prices.
On the way we spend the nights in warm winter-sleeping bags. Our tents are very comfortable and expedition-tested, in winter with heating.
During the summer you will experience the “Midsommar”, the nights are bright and the sun never goes down.
In fall you discover the “Indian Summer”, perhaps the most beautiful time to be outside. The mountains are “burning” from the yellow, red and brown leafs of the birchtrees.
The winter begins in November. You can flee from the rainy and cloudy days in Middle Europe. The spell of the northern lights will enchant everybody.
Especially our ski trekking tours with our huskies are very impressive and exciting.
Still a final word about the coldness: the winter in the north can not be compared with the ordinary winters you usualy know. The coldness here is much drier and therefor you can stand 20 degrees below zero much more pleasant than 5 degrees in a middle-european winter.
When you are at home again you will yearn for the sunny winter days in Lapland.
