Winter tours in the high north´ mountains of Lapland
The landscape in the north has its own impressive beauty. A majestic season with a pleasant dry coldness and a well relaxing stillness.
You can watch the Northern Lights, a natural phenomenon you´ll never forget.
We cover the winter tours by snow-shoes. Most of our luggage we carry in pulka-sleds, sometimes the sleds will be pulled by our huskies.
The zivilisation leaves behind us, we follow the rivers into the white loneliness.
Our first tour
Our first tour is made for 7 or 14 days.
With snow-shoes across the land of Northern Lights we start in the samish village Kvikkjokk and leads us to one of the biggest wilderness areas of Europe.
5 / 12 days of unforgetable experiences start now, with beautiful winter landscapes and snow mountains. It´s a tour that comes close to an expedition.
Our second tour
On our second tour, also made for 7 or 14 days , the "white wilderness" calls us.
We start with our snow shoes in Ammarnäs, a small Samish village in the mountains, close to the Norwegian border.
Here we use mostly the river Vindelälven, a real special feeling to walk on a frozen river, or we look for our own small tracks.
The tour guides us around the mountains, over frozen lakes, trough deep primeval woods and the higher plains.
We will spend 5/12 days in this white wild.
Our third tour
Our third tour, made for those, who like genuine northern dogs. We have a special arrangement, our Huskytrekking tour.
Spend some unforgetable days with our best friends, the huskies. They help us to pull the pulka sleds and be with us all the time in the mountains.
Every tour is possible for 7 or 14 days and always starts with arriving at the airport or railway station. We pick you up and you spend the first nigt in a fine cabin. On the next morning we "go on tour". During the next days we have holidays in the mountains, you will enjoy the wonderful nature and stillness of Lanscape.
Wild animals, moose, reindeer, eagle, wolverine may cross our ways, perhaps some tracks of a wolf, too. We will find a mysterious winter world, you´ve never seen before and you never will forget.

- all transfers from the airport of Lulea or Arvidsjaur or the railway stations in Lulea or Älvsbyn and to the tour areas and back
- one night stay in a holiday house on the first and the last night of the tour
- all overnight stays on tour
- guided trekking tour with english speaking guide

- included equipment: pulka sled, snowshoes, tent, sleeping bag, trekking mat, cooker and kitchen utensils, trekking poles
